The prices to rent our holiday cottage are per week and include linen, all utilities (including unlimited Wi-Fi) and towels. There is a minimum stay of 7 nights. Guests can check in from 3pm on the day of arrival and must leave the cottage by 10 am on day of departure to allow us to prepare the property for the next clients.
A booking deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. We are sure you will enjoy your holiday in our lovely cottage in Emsworth!
